Jan van Etten and Jannetje Roosa

Jan van Etten was baptized 3 January 1666 in Kingston, Ulster, New York, the son of Jacob Jansen van Etten and Annetje Ariens. He had four younger sisters, Sytje, Heiltie, Tietie, and Geesje, and three younger brothers, Adriaen, Emanuel, and Jacobus, as well as one older half-brother, Cornelis Tack. Jan married first Jannetje Roosa, the daughter of Arien Roosa and Maria Everts Pels. Jannetje had two brothers, Evert and Arien, and four sisters, Weyntje, Engeltje, Annetje, and Mary. Jacob married second Cornelia Van Aaken 22 June 1731 in Kingston, Ulster, New York.
