John Chenery was of Kennett, Cambridgeshire, England. He was the son of John Chenery and Emma --. John married Elizabeth Norwich. Elizabeth was the daughter of Stephen Norwich and Agnes --.
John's will was dated 25 September 1575 and proved 2 November 1575. Elizabeth married second William Hinson (of Fordham, Cambridgeshire, England, m. 1) Margaret Dearslie in 1570 in Fordham, bur. 3 Jun 1592 at Fordham, will dated 20 May 34 Elizabeth (1591-2) and proved 7 February 1593) 30 July 1576 in Kennett, Cambridgeshire, England. Elizabeth was buried 28 June 1619. Her will was dated 8 August 1616 and proved 27 March 1626.
John and Elizabeth’s children are:
- Mary Chenery, left money in her father's will under condition that she marry with the consent of her mother, unmarried at the time of her mother's will, perhaps the Mary Chenery buried 17 Sep 1625 at Fordham, Cambridgeshire, England.
