John married Mary Swett in 6th 1 mo 1711/2 in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Mary was born 2 February 1689 in Nantucket, Massachusetts to Moses Swett and Mary Hussey.

John died 28th 2 mo 1744 in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Mary married second Samuel Gardner (who had previously married Patience Swain, the daughter of John’s grandparents John Swain and Mary Weare) 31st 8 month (October) 1748 in Sherborn, Nantucket, Massachusetts.

Mary died 15th or 16th 2 mo 1751 in Nantucket, Massachusetts.

Jonathan Pinkham was the son of John Pinkham and Abigail Bunker. Jonathan Pinkham married Deborah Gardner, daughter of Bethuel Gardner and Catharine Coffin, before 1758; His 1st wife, no chn. Jonathan Pinkham married Jemima Swain, daughter of John Swain and Mary Swett Jun., after 1758; His 2nd wife, wid. of James Coffin.
